Notifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for “Example App” on your HTC One Mini?


  1. Open “Boost+” on your device.
  2. Choose “Optimize background apps”.
  3. Choose “Example App” from the list of apps.
  4. Make sure that it says “Off”.
  5. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  2. Choose “Power”.
  3. Choose “Battery optimization”.
  4. In the drop-down list at the top, switch from “Not optimized” to “All apps”.

  7. Tap on “Done”.
  8. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  2. If you have any app like “Clean Master”, “Security Master”, “Task Manager”, “Phone Cleaner”, “Super Cleaner”, “Power Clean”, “DU Cleaner”, “DU Speed Booster”, “CCleaner”, “AVG Cleaner”, “Avast Cleanup” or “Norton Clean”, check that it doesn’t block or terminate “Example App”.
  3. If unsure, consider uninstalling the app claiming to “clean” or “boost” your device.
